Loft Conversion

In Utrecht, an unused attic was converted into a warm and flexible living space. Low light and awkward roof angles had previously limited its potential.

We improved the insulation, introduced roof windows, renewed the flooring, and carefully planned the room around the existing structure.

Natural materials and soft colors give the attic a comfortable character while allowing the new daylight to become the main feature.

Built-in storage follows the sloped walls, making use of areas that would otherwise remain empty and keeping the central floor space clear.
