Living Room Update

In Haarlem, we opened up a dark living room to create a brighter and more welcoming interior. The previous arrangement interrupted the flow between spaces.

We adjusted the openings, renewed the finishes, improved the lighting plan, and introduced a clearer connection between the living and dining areas.

Warm flooring and restrained colors bring balance to the room, while the new layout allows natural light to travel farther through the home.

Custom storage was added along one wall, providing practical organization without taking attention away from the room’s open proportions.

A carefully considered update that makes everyday living feel lighter, calmer, and more connected.
